New Year's Greetings from Editor-in-Chief Professor Hamid Reza Karimi

As the year 2021 comes to an end, on behalf of all Editorial Board members of Complex Engineering Systems (CES), I extend my New Year’s greetings to you, and thank you for your support of our new journal. I wish you and your family a peaceful, healthy, and safe holiday season.

In 2021, the inaugural issue of CES was successfully released, and the second issue is going to be released very soon, too. Therefore, I would like to thank the authors, reviewers, and Editorial Board members for their valuable time, efforts, and contribution to CES. Thank OAE for the open access publication of the accepted papers, which provides an academic platform for the authors and readers, and will positively impact our society in different regions and lead to optimistic prospects.

Finally, let me wish for the continued prosperity of CES, and looking forward to more collaborations in 2022!
