Zhaomin Lv is an Associate Professor at Shanghai University of Engineering Science. He received a bachelor's degree in automation from East China University of Science and Technology in 2012, and a doctorate degree in control science and engineering from East China University of Science and Technology in 2017. In 2018, he was awarded the Shanghai Young Science and Technology Talent Sail Program. His research interests include fault diagnosis and machine learning.

Gyan Ranjan Biswal

Topic: Smart Sensors and Smart Grid: Two Sides of the Coin
Dr. Biswal is expertise in Design and Development of cooling systems for large size electrical generators, and the C&I of process industries. He has been in academia for more than sixteen years. Presently, he is with the VSS University of Technology, Burla, India from December 2016 as an Associate Professor, he holds the responsibility of HOD, EEE department. He has more than 70 publications in various Journals and Conferences of Internationally reputed to his credit. He also holds three patents, and adapted one international edition book published by Pearson India. He received research grants of US $90,000. He has supervised 01 PhD, 09 Masters’ theses, and ongoing 04 PhD theses. He has been awarded the CICS award under the head of the Indian National Science Academy, MHRD Fellowship by Govt. of India, and Gopabandhu Das Scholarship in his career. His major areas of interests are Power System and Industrial Automation, Smart Sensors, IoT enabled Smart Sensors, and Fuel Cell backed Sustainable Sources of Energy. Dr. Biswal is a Fellow of the IE (India), Senior Member of IEEE, USA, and Life Member of ISTE, India. He is actively involved in review panels of different societies of international repute viz. IEEE, IFAC, and the ISA.

Marcelo Menezes Morato

Marcelo has been working on several research projects on management and control of renewable energy systems. He started studying the possibilities of using huge amounts of biomass waste in the sugarcane industry in Brazil and went from management of microgrids to looking at larger systems integrating different sources of renewable energy.

Topic: Lyapunov Function Based Control for Power Electronics Converters
Hasan Komurcugil (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), Famagusta, North Cyprus, Via Mersin 10, Turkey, in 1989, 1991, and 1998, respectively, all in electrical engineering. He is currently full-time Professor with the Computer Engineering Department, EMU. From 2004 to 2010, he was the Head of the Computer Engineering Department, EMU. In 2010, he played an active role in preparing the department's first self-study report for the use of Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology. In 2010, he was elected as the as the Board Member of Higher Education, Planning, Evaluation, Accreditation and Coordination Council (YODAK) North Cyprus. From 2010 to 2019, he played active role in evaluating the universities in North Cyprus. His research interests include power electronics and innovative control methods for power converters such as sliding mode control, Lyapunov-based control, and model predictive control. He is a coauthor of one book (Multilevel Inverters: Introduction and Emergent Topologies) chapter. He was the recipient of the best presentation recognitions at the 41st and 42nd annual conferences of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IECON) in 2015 and 2016, respectively. He is a member of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IES) and Senior Member of the IEEE. Also, he is the Chair of the Renewable Energy Systems Subcommitee of Power Electronics Technical Committee of IES. He served as the Corresponding Guest Associate Editor of the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON ENERGY CONVERSION and Guest Editor of the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON INDUSTRIAL INFORMATICS. Currently, he serves as the Associate Editor of the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONICS and the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON INDUSTRIAL INFORMATICS.

Topic: Prediction of Sea Temperature Using Temporal Convolutional Network and LSTM-GRU Network
Minghao received the B.S. degree and M.S. degree in computer science and technology from Jilin University, Changchun, China, in 2017 and 2020, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in the College of Computer Science and Technology, Jilin University. His research interests include sensor data fusion and mining, environmental perception, and machine learning.
